First, I admire your faith and wish
more of my fellow Catholics in the
pew had a conscience, realistic knowledge
of both the good, holy angels and
bad, demonic angels.
You said:

when seven angels visit you, and
your spouse can see them, but
you can't?
- Why can't I see
them when I believe they exist?
The answer to your question is a
mystery we will never know for sure
in this earthly life.
One reason, in particular, that the
Lord may have allowed your spouse
to see them is for a special reason
or special good for him — in
order to increase his faith over
time.
Nevertheless, we have to remember,
what you are calling seven angels,
may, in disguise,
be seven demons.
For this reason, regular prayer
is always key. It will assist in
the discernment of angelic and demonic
spirits.
By the fruits of your husbands reaction
to them, you should be able to better
discern which side they were on.
