I just wanted to know if I could listen to subliminals, to be more specific, body subliminals.

For the past months I have been constantly struggling about my body image and sometimes my mind is not right and focused on losing weight.

It is not a sin provided they don't lead you to sin. Becoming healthier by losing weight is not a sin so you are fine.
