The doctrine you bring up, the idea that at the end of the world everyone will be forgiven and end up in Heaven, is a doctrine known as apokatastasis, and was condemned by the Early Church. That's not to say that we know that Hell is not empty — we leave that judgment to God — but it seems pretty clear to me (the Church has never definitely declared that anyone is in Hell) that, at the very least, Judas is condemned.
Private revelations have put many people in Hell. Still, Cardinal-elect Hans Urs Von Balthasar wrote a book on the topic of Dare we hope that all men be saved?

- Could it be that God created us as human and we were a lot closer to looking alike and being honest, but the devil made us different: prettier, uglier, smarter, dumber, handicapped, dishonest, to create conflict and temptations?
I think God likes diversity and created, or at least allowed, diversity to suit His purposes. Obviously God does not want to create conflict and God does not tempt us so He didn't create the dishonest, but rather gave us the choice to be dishonest. God may have created the handicapped to give us an opportunity to love. Perhaps He created the dumb to teach us humility. All of this, though, is speculation.

When you die, will you be able to find out all of those things you wondered about?
- What really ever happened in the murder of JFK?
- What ever happened to missing people?
- Things like that?
I agree. I like to think that there will be a debriefing period in Heaven when we get all our questions answered, but that is pure speculation and I don't believe we have any concrete knowledge that will happen.
We do know that we will be like Him because we will see Him as he is (1 John 3:2).
