Having feelings for someone is normal and natural but when the circumstances aren't OK, one has to put the feelings aside.
Imagine if the woman you had feelings for were married.
- Would it be okay to pursue her? <No>
To do so would be an act of adultery. The same is true in this case: the woman has made a promise to someone else, namely, God.
You should let your feelings diminish and look elsewhere for a mate. She needs to honor the vows she made and it would be wrong to try to persuade her otherwise.
In the end, feelings are just feelings, and they don't teach us what is right and wrong: Jesus does that.
