I urge you to find a good confessor you trust, stick with him, and obey him.
Only mortal sins absolutely have to be confessed. Start with the sins you know are mortal, then the ones you're unsure about, and then, if there is time, confess your venial sins.
It may be better to make an appointment with the priest so you're not holding up the confessional line.
Be brief in Confession. There is no need to discuss circumstances although you should be reasonably specific about the sins.
