Yes, but there is a qualification.
God's covenant promises made to Israel were given so that the chosen people could be a light to the nations (read Isaiah 60). The promise was not simply for them but for all of mankind, who God ultimately wanted to call to Himself (cf. 1 Timothy 4:10). This is what the Apostles carried out in the great commission of Matthew 28:16-20.
So, in essence, they are like a big brother in salvation history, and still the other nations are called to be in the family. So they are chosen, but so are all now who live in Christ, as Paul said:
There in neither Jew not Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to promise. (Galatians 3:28-29)
