I need to know what we believe on this teaching. For most of my life I have believed that the Blessed Mother Mary was, and remained, a virgin throughout her lifetime.

It is a dogmatic, infallible belief of the Catholic faith that Mary was a virgin before, during, and perpetually after the birth of Our Savior.
