Sure there is, within the spiritual realm of Confession. From cradle to the grave, we let our souls get bruised and battered badly, sometimes to the point where we lose our communion with the Lord.

When we go to the sacrament of Confession, on a regular basis, we repair all the damage that we have done to our souls and purify it a new, with the intent of keeping it clean.

Thanks for the question.

The entire Christian message is in effect repair of the world:

• We fell away from God
• Jesus restored that relationship
• And now we must abide in Him to change the world.

Every effort apart from Christ will prove futile or idolatrous.

Right now, mankind is building another utopian tower of Babel, and like the first, it will fail, because these efforts are humanist, not divine. This is essentially diabolical: the fashioning of an earthly paradise apart from God.

Listen to all the slogans touted by politicians and world leaders: build back better, the great reset, sustainable development, etc. The common thread looks to creating an anthropocentric materialistic society, whose ethos is a fair distribution of goods.

These are the errors of Communism.

If we want to repair the world, we must pray and seek Christ, that He May give us the Holy Spirit to change our hearts and do the Will of Our Heavenly Father who loves us and wants us to be in an Eternal Paradise with Him.

That is the only plan, the only path, the truth and the life.
