Hi, guys —

I have two questions I hope you can help me with:

  1. The Old Testament describes an old Promise, or Covenant, in which Israel pledged to obey God's will after being freed from slavery.

    • Did the Old Testament mention anything about Jesus Christ, like that He would become the Messiah?

  2. The New Covenant was established by God through the gift of Jesus Christ, who took upon Himself all our sins by dying on the Cross, but:

    • What is the New Covenant really about?

Thank you, God Bless!

This paragraph from the Catechism should help:

Hope this helps,

Mike
