Frequent Confession can help with this. Whenever you feel tempted to judge someone or get angry, pray for them.
Anytime you have a temptation to sin that involves another person, you can pray for them which is a powerful act of love that neutralizes the temptation and puts Satan in his place.
Satan is trying to turn you away from Church. Don't let him succeed! Turn everything over to Jesus, especially in times of temptation. Surrender your whole life to him:
- all of your thoughts
- all of your sins, and
- all of your actions.
Spend time reading the Scriptures, particularly the Gospels.
