That wouldn't involve removing your name from the baptismal register as such; but it can be done. However, it might be difficult for a male Chaldean to transfer to the Roman church; because that would deplete the already-small Chaldean Catholic Church, such a transfer would be discouraged.

But you can approach your pastor, who can consult with the relevant diocese and eparchy involved.
