I would start by contacting the Town Hall in Camigliano. It sounds like your typical Italian village which are historically "parish oriented".

By that I mean, the subdivisions go by the parish names.

Archbishop Rocco was Apostolic Nuncio to Brazil and died in 1982.

You may want to try googling his name under "images" or going to his diocesan web site.
You can probably find it below.

Catholic Hierarchy has basic data about him in English. I used their alphabetical list of all bishops to find information on him.
