Stephen,
My name is Mike Humphrey; I'm the
Web Administrator of this little
group.
I read every question that comes
to the site (those posted and those
that are not) and am familiar with
your questions.
I want to re-affirm what my colleague
John has said in the last paragraph
of his answer.
We are a resource for confused Catholics,
sincere seeking Protestants and non-Christians
who are interested in seeking out
the fullness of Christianity in Catholicism.
While the banner at the top of each
of our web pages says, "Dialogue
with us!", we have to make the
distinction between fruitful, constructive
dialogue and arguing for the sake
of arguing based on:
- a cultural agenda, or
- as John said, some political
agenda that the main stream media
wishes to instill into Americans via the fake news media.
Second, if you fall into one of these
categories:
- confused Catholic, or
- sincere seeking Protestant or
non-Christian
you should be able to ask us your
question politely without resorting
to un-Christian language.
To call the Catholic faith, believed
by more Christians worldwide than
any other faith, billshit is to
spit in the face, not only of
Catholic Christians who hold to the
one, true Faith, but in the face
of Our Lord Himself, who, was both:
True God and True Man, consubstantial
(meaning of one substance) with the Father, and who founded
This Church.
That's just History 101; that's
just fact Stephen!
To save us both time, please read the web page that can be found on our AskUs page:
We welcome those who know nothing
about the Catholic faith or know
nothing about Christianity, itself,
but expect sincerity and courtesy
in every question and reply as
we dialogue.
It appears you are:
- an uncatechized Christian
- an anti-Catholic
- a secularist, or
- have taken your religious
education from mainstream cable
media like:
- CNN (Clinton News Network)
- MS-NBC (Mass Stupidity, No Brains Corporation), or
- one of the three other fake news (CBS, ABC, or NBC) channels.
Our site is for:
- Confused Catholics seeking clarity
on teachings
- non-Catholic Christians interested in our faith
- non-Christians interested in our faith
- fallen away Catholics, and
- those interested in becoming
a Catholic.
If you wish to ask future questions,
I hope it can sincerely be done in a courteous
manner.
If you are an uncatechized Christian
and wish to have fruitful dialogue
with us, consider buying a cheap copy of the Catechism of the
Catholic Church first and read it!
Mike
