Hi, guys —

Thanks for your previous replies.

  • Why is the devil deceptive in nature?
  • Why do people follow the devil when they know that following the devil would mean a dead end?

I have heard so many stories where some priests, in the day, would worship the Lord Jesus, and in the night, would worship the devil.

The devil mixes the truth with the lies. I really feel sorry for all those people, who are associated with the church of satan.

  • What can I do for them?

Thanks and regards,

Sarah

Mary Ann replied:

Sarah —

God knows everything, and His Providence covers everyone. You can pray for all sinners.

Hi, Sarah —

Good Question!

The Catechism states:

Paragraph 7. The Fall — In Brief.

414 Satan or the devil and the other demons are fallen angels who have freely refused to serve God and his plan. Their choice against God is definitive. They try to associate man in their revolt against God.

Because these priests have had poor, if not terrible, seminary training. Any philosophy, theology, or advanced studies they receive will be useless, in their priestly ministry, if they have not been given a solid spiritual foundation. The basis of this foundation can be found in:

  1. a daily prayer life which includes a devotion to Mary and reading the Scriptures
  2. regularly attending Eucharistic Adoration on a weekly basis and
  3. reading the lives of the Early Church Fathers and saints of the Church.

In addition, all pastors and priests at all Catholic parishes should be saying the St. Michael Prayer given to us by Pope Leo XIII, after his vision of Hell and should be making it publicly known to:

  • faith-leaders of their town
  • as well as their secular civil leaders.
Saint Michael the Archangel Prayer

Saint Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host —
by the Divine Power of God —
cast into Hell, satan and all the evil spirits,
who prowl throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.

Amen.

In the past, this prayer was always said after the Mass had ended, meaning when the celebrant said, Go, the Mass has ended. For some unknown reason this prayer was stopped after Vatican II.

  • Why?, I have no idea!

If our seminarians are given a poor formation, they will only believe in realities they can see.

Since our guardian angels and the demonic angels are invisible; if the Christian has been uncatechized, they won't believe in them, unless they see them.

Everyone is tempted with being pulled into unhealthy spiritual habits and, if one is not vigilant, the demonic bastards will bring them down.

satan is hitting the person the hardest when (he|she) starts to think of thoughts of despair.  Despair or hopelessness only comes from one source, Hell, and those who suffer in it. This may be why Pope Benedict wrote one of his first encyclicals on the topic of hope:

There is always hope in the Church, via Confession and Our Lord Jesus Christ. There is no sin that is so big, that it can't be forgiven.

This is important for all Christians to remember.
