Hi, guys —
- How do Catholics approach and essentially comprehend and understand the universe?
- Do Catholics abide solely on the Bible and its teachings, or
- Do Catholics obtain knowledge of the world directly through a connection to God?, and if the latter is true,
- Would that mean that each Catholic has his or her own, separate understanding and knowledge of the world or does God provide each individual with the same knowledge?

Courtney —
Catholics know the universe the same way other people do: through reason examining reality.
We also know the origin and purpose of the universe by Divine Revelation (Scripture), which tells us it is created by God for the temporal happiness of man and the glory of God.
