Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the question.

Yes! God has given this world to all people.
Not only did He come in the Person of His Divine Son Jesus to redeem all mankind of its sins but He went further. He said now that I have redeemed you through my Passion, Death and Glorious Resurrection, I want you, my followers, to be my coworkers in redeeming the world from generation to generation until my Second Coming.
This is why Our Lord ascended in Heaven. He could have chosen to stay on earth and save the world while on earth but He chosen to found His Church on St. Peter and his successors as the shining, visible lamp Matthew's Gospel refers to (Matthew 5:13-16), so people would see, not an invisible church, where there could be an uncertainly of truth, but a visible Catholic Church that He, and He alone, established on St. Peter and his successors and who promised that the gates of Hell would not prevail Her. (Matthew 16:13-19)
Heck, if you look over the centuries how the Catholic Church has been run financially, She should be broke and out of business a long time ago. That said, there must be something protecting Her that even the atheist can't ignore. Atheists only believe in the physical realities of this life. That said, an atheist who was born back in the 50s and 60s can't deny that the physical Church back then should be bankrupt by now, but is not!

To be honest I would rather be acquainted with a pagan, wiccan, medium, or psychic than someone like Fred Phelps, or one of his followers.
I encourage you to look them up and understand why I don't really like them.
As my colleague Bob has said in your previous questions, you should not acquaint yourself with pagans, wiccans, mediums or psychics. No good will come from it and many inside and outside the Church don't know the basics of Christianity.
We should never evangelize anyone until we are first prepared by a solid prayer life and by studying both the Scriptures and Church teachings.
As to the other people you mentioned, I have no idea what each person's background or upbringing is. That said, if they know Catholic Christianity is the foundation for all Christian teaching yet have rejected it because they have listened to the false teachers Our Lord and St. Paul warned them about, the best you can do is pray for them.
Looking them up will not be of any help to my salvation and particular judgment. : )
I hope this helps,
Mike
