Hi, guys —

  • Does Good serve God, while Evil serve Satan?
  • Shouldn't we be careful of those who use God as an excuse to do wrong and harmful things to other people?

Kevin

  { Who serves who and should we be cautious of those who use God as an excuse to harmful others? }

Bob replied:

Kevin,

God has no part in evil so if someone does evil, they are serving themselves or someone else.

Jesus himself cautioned us to be wary of those who act religiously but do evil. The worst situation is when we, ourselves, behave this way. That is why we need:

  • humility
  • forgiveness, and
  • repentance.

Peace,

Bob
