The only thing the bride must do is get a dispensation from the bishop to have the
ceremony in the other church building. However, she must also have a Catholic official
witness (deacon or priest), unless she has permission to dispense with that.
She could also have the Episcopalian minister witness the marriage according
to the Catholic ceremony.
If this is a mixed marriage, as I would assume,
the non-Catholic partner must promise not to interfere with the Catholic
spouse raising the children as Catholics. The non-Catholic partner,
used to have to promise to actually raise the children as Catholics,
but the Church changed that rule.
