Hi, guys —
I am Catholic and I have
been married twice to non-Catholics:
- once in a Protestant church
- once by a Lutheran minister
Both marriages ended in divorce. I want to
remarry, for the last time, and my fiancée is
Catholic. We would, God willing, like to be
married in a Catholic Church.
- Does the Church recognize my prior marriages?
- Will they need to be annulled or will
this be seen as my first marriage by the
Church?
Thank you in advance,
Dave
