Randy,
I don't see why praying the Rosary
wouldn't be a good thing, whether
you're fully a Catholic or not.
Receiving the sacraments is a different
story because those encounters with
Christ must have a certain order;
but prayer can come from an atheist.
Your desire to pray the Rosary is
admirable and may be the fruit of
grace prompting you.
