If a spouse gets (his|her) marriage annulled
by the Church under false pretenses can
the Church annul the annulment?
For example, the person seeking the annulment
has lied to the Church during the annulment
process concerning the facts surrounding the
marriage and divorce.
If the Church determines this is true,
can the Church annul the annulment?

All annulments are reviewed by another
higher tribunal, and the new information
can be submitted there.
Also, after an annulment is granted,
a spouse that believes it is false
can appeal.
