Yes, it is. As a matter of fact,
it has been recently reported the
Pope Benedict XVI would like to see
an increase in the number of Eucharistic
Adoration chapels in the United States.
I heard this either on the World Over or Rome Reports on EWTN.
He has also encouraged Catholic parishes to have periods of
Holy Silence.
