It is fine if she wrote her maiden
name. It is still part of her name,
and is on her Baptismal certificate.
It's not a problem.
If you wish to add a new godmother,
for some reason, to the Baptismal
certificate, you would have to put
it in parentheses, initialize and
date it, or ask the pastor.
