It is not against the Bible to sue a doctor for medical malpractice.

Taking another Christian to court out of anger or greed might be wrong, especially when it could be settled within the Church or by Christian behavior but suing a doctor, in the case of a real injury that was truly negligent, not only gains justice in the form of payment for loss to the plaintiff, but also:

  • corrects the doctor
  • educates him, and
  • serves to protect his future patients.
