Manny,
Mike is correct on two levels about selling anything that's been blessed to anyone, especially to used book stores.
First of all, the selling of anything spiritual that has been blessed, was forbidden by the reforms of the Council of Trent. It goes back to the selling of indulgences and there is a particular sin associated with this called simony.
Also, when you sell a Bible that has been blessed to a used book or used Christian artifact store, you don't where it will wind up and how it would be deposed of.
Once something has been blessed, if you need to dispose of it, you either need to burn it or bury it. You can't just throw it in the trash. It's a form, albeit minor form, of sacrilege.
Whenever someone gives something to other person that has been blessed as a gift, you should always let them know it's been blessed and hopefully they'll know that, if it is ever broken or worn beyond repair, you don't just toss it in the garbage. It might not be a bad idea to tell them the proper ways of disposing of a blessed Bible or statue if it gets to a condition where it is beyond repair.
If you don't know if an item has been blessed, then it's better to be safe than sorry — and treat it like a blessed item.
God Bless,
John
