There is no reason at all why your two girls can't become Catholic. All you have to do is make an appointment with the pastor or a priest at the rectory and share with him your interest.

If you wish to give him a brief heads up, you can talk to him after Sunday Mass. He would be able to ensure that your two girls had been validly baptized.

Most Protestant denominations celebrate a valid Trinitarian baptism, while some do not.
If there is any uncertainty, the pastor or priest can perform a conditional baptism.

One minor note to Mike's answer. You said your girls were baptized Christian but wanted them to become "Catholic". Catholics are Christians, too, or at least should believe as such; in fact we were the first Christian Church.

We are Christianity in its original form so it would be better to say that they are Protestant and you wish them to become Catholic.
