Dear Gloria,
You could probably marry within the Church with a dispensation, unless there are impediments like a former marriage or a disbelief in marriage's essential elements that include:
- permanent
- faithfulness, and
- an openness to children.
A very important question to ask, however, is whether this would truly be a good match knowing that faith and religious practice is at the core of a person.
Not being able to share the core of one's spouse could soon become very lonely. This would need a very sober discernment, preferably with a Catholic counselor [and/or] parish priest present to help properly guide both of you.
Peace,
Paul
