Dear Heidi,
Thanks for the question.
You will find no place in the Bible where the Lord directly substantiates the institution of any of the sacraments with the exception of:
- Baptism in Matthew's Gospel: Matthew 28:19.
- Confession in John's Gospel, John 20:19-23, and
- the Eucharist, again in John's Gospel, John 6:51-70.
Much of what we receive as Catholics comes down to us in Oral Tradition that has been passed down by the Apostle to the Church today. (Read 2 Thessalonians 2:15 and 2 Corinthians 3:2-3)
2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
2 Corinthians 3:2-3
There are other Biblical passages that support or make reference to the administration of the other sacraments of the Church, but these are the only three where they are clearly instituted by Our Blessed Lord, Jesus Christ.
For other Catholic doctrines that have Scriptural support, check out my Scripture Passages web page:

I hope this helps,
Mike and Eric
