Hi, guys —

  • I am a Jesus and God believer but I was wondering if dragons represent evil or the devil?

I want to know because I have 20 plus dragons in my house in the form of figurines and statues.

If they do represent the devil, which I didn't know, I will get rid of them ASAP depending on your answer. I also have two tattoos:

  1. one behind my leg of the Japanese sign dragon and
  2. my other is a Jesus Cross in a bamboo-like form which I know it is OK because it represents good, Jesus, and God, of course.

Hi, Lynn —

Yes, it does represent Satan, read Revelation 12, particularly verse 9.

That said, I don't think you necessarily need to give up your dragons since you obviously don't mean to represent Satan by your dragons.

They are a part of the folklore of many cultures, however, guests in your house may get a wrong impression of you. That is a concern.

Eric
