Hi Jen,

The short answer is No.

If he was a priest in good standing at the time of your Marriage then the Church recognizes that Marriage no matter what.

Also, when it comes to the theology of a Catholic Marriage, it is not the priest who marries you — by the mutual consent the couple marries each other — they are the ministers of the Sacrament, not the priest.

So, you're good.
