Hi, guys —
I have had trouble with my Epilepsy for the past two years. I came across a web site that uses a taoistic (one based on Taoism) philosophy to nutrition that claims to help people with seizures.
At first, I was enthused because I felt there was no harm in going on a diet but later I realized this involves Taoism, which is contrary to Catholic teaching.
- Am I wrong to think I shouldn't pursue this diet called Nutritional Balancing?
It seems difficult to identify the problem. Food is used to help ones health in traditional medicine.
- Can I separate myself from Taoistic philosophy by saying it's just a diet?
- What if traditional medicine were to approve of this diet?
