It depends.
The Catechism states:
CCC 846 [Those] could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.

From previous e-mails and questions you have sent us, I'm concerned about whether you have a true freedom to search and choose on your own without coercion by others within your Seventh Day Adventist congregation or among close family and friends.
They will be severely culpable for coercing you to stay in a faith you may be loosing interest in. I'm not implying you are, but you wouldn't be visiting this web site if you were not, at least, interested in the Catholic view of salvation issues and other beliefs we hold.
No one should coerce any one to join a faith they are not truly interested in joining.
