Hi, guys —
I actually have two questions:
- Why did satan want Moses' body?, and
- Why does it say in Conversations with God, that Hitler went to Heaven?

Why did satan want Moses' body and why is it said in 'Conversations with God', Hitler is in Heaven? }

Eric replied:
Tony,
We don't know for sure what the book of Jude verse 9 means about the dispute over Moses' body. This is, it is said, a reference to the apocryphal book The Assumption of Moses, so it may have had to do with whether Moses' body should be assumed into Heaven but that's idle speculation on my part.
As for:
- Why does it say in Conversations with God, that Hitler went to Heaven?
- Where in the world did you hear that?
What does Conversations with God refer to?
Unless Hitler is canonized, which he won't be, we cannot know he's in Heaven.

Tony replied:
Eric,
Thank you for your answers.
It says in one of Neale Donald Walsch's books, Conversations with God, that Hitler went to Heaven.

Eric replied:
Tony,
I've never heard of Neale Donald Walsch but based on that comment, I would not give much credence to what he says. Even being as generous as the faith permits towards Hitler, we cannot say he is in Heaven.
We can hope that he is, but we cannot say that he is.

Hi, guys —
History is written by the winners.
- Did King Herod really kill all those infants?

Bob replied:
Tony,
I don't understand your question.
- Are you asking about the historicity of the Bible?
The Bible is a collection of books that encompass different idioms:
- poetry
- history
- allegory
- prayer, etc.
so you must read it in context to understand it properly.
The short answer to your question about Herod is yes, he killed all the children because he wanted to kill Jesus.
Peace,
Bob Kirby
