Hello there.
A previous friend of mine was a coach for bodybuilding. The other day I asked him about the program he was following and he sent me his personalized program that he used to follow.
I ask it because he was paying his online coach monthly but he decided to give me the program personalized for him for free, he wanted to do this and consented to do this.
- If I use it, am I somehow sinning? (Stealing)?
- Or since he consented to give me his program to me is it OK to use?
