Sincerest apologies for the lateness of this reply; we are not usually so far behind.

Simply reconfess that one sin at your next Confession and explain the situation to the priest.

If you didn't intentionally withhold the detail it would not be an issue.

In any case, the priest is in the best position, based on the specifics, to determine a course of action.
