Hi John,
For general issues like these I would follow Richard's
same logic and get in contact with or ask the relevant
religious orders for information.
If the person beautified was a lay man or woman,
I would get in contact with the surrounding diocese
and/or parishes where he or she lived and worked
for the Lord.
All beatification processes start at the diocesan
level.
