Well, he obviously gets Sunday off, the Lord's Day, but I don't think that was the answer you were looking for. I can only guess.
I would think a day or two in the Vatican just being at peace during Adoration would be relaxing.
This is something I would certainly encourage local pastors and priests to do more often and publicly. While they may privately have their own piece of time, public adoration, like signing up for an hour, speaks volumes to their parishioners. When they publicly sign up for an hour they are publicly saying,
This is a very important aspect of the Catholic faith!
Though my parish is blessed to have an Adoration Chapel, sadly, neither our bishop in residence, pastor, nor other priests have signed up for an hour.
As for what the pope does for fun, this will vary from pope to pope.
