This is pure childish fantasy. Demons cannot repent, therefore God cannot forgive them.

For a good reason, after fulfilling their obligation in a Catholic church (if we're talking about Sunday or a holy day), yes, but they should not receive communion or participate in anything that would be contrary to the faith. It's best only to do this if you are firm in your faith and well-formed enough to distinguish truth from error. In essence, be careful.

The Second Vatican Council taught,
"Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do His Will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience—those too may achieve eternal salvation." (Lumen Gentium 16)
We can't assume they will be saved, but salvation is possible, albeit more difficult than if they were to hear and join the Catholic Church.

Angels are pure spirit and cannot have relations with women. Under rare circumstances demons can manipulate human matter and possibly simulate relations but in this particular rather cryptic passage (Genesis 6), it is more likely that the Sons of God doesn't mean angels (as it sometimes does in the Old Testament) but means the sons of the righteous Seth. 6:1–4: A critical event in the Genesis narrative, where the righteous line of Seth (sons of God) intermarries with the godless line of Cain (daughters of men) and becomes corrupted (except for Noah in 6:8–9).
On top of the violence and moral decadence spreading over the earth, this is the final outrage that moves God to pour out his wrath in the waters of the flood. This interpretation appears in rabbinic tradition (Genesis Rabbah 26, 5–7; b. Sanhedrin 108a) and in the Church Fathers (St. John Chrysostom, Homilies on Genesis 22, 8; St. Augustine, City of God 15, 23; St. Ephraem, Commentary on Genesis 6, 3). Another interpretation, also represented in Jewish and Christian antiquity, holds that the sons of God are not men but rebel angels called the Watchers who took the form of men and had sexual relations with women (1 Enoch 6–7; Jubilees 5, 1; 7, 21; St. Justin Martyr, First Apology 5, 2; St. Clement of Alexandria Christ the Teacher 3, 2). I am not sure what you mean. People, with rare exceptions, don't die when an exorcist performs an exorcism. If they do, they go to the same place they would go to if they had died under any other circumstance. The exorcism has no effect on the state of their souls, although the fact that they are cooperating in an exorcism might testify favorably for them during their particular judgment.

I am afraid when I become a priest I'll still keep that habit.
Generally the rule of thumb is that you be free for six months from masturbation before entering a seminary. You're in a tough but not uncommon position with your habit. It can take many, many years to overcome a habit like this. Persevere. Be sure you avail yourself of the grace of the sacrament of Reconciliation; I know it's embarrassing to confess the same thing over and over, but it really will help over time. Do not allow yourself to be bored or idle. There is a service called Covenant Eyes that allows you to appoint an accountability partner for your web surfing. Their service intercepts your web surfing and your partner gets a report when you go where you shouldn't.
Your besetting sin doesn't mean you don't have a vocation but it means you have some work ahead of you before you can fulfill it. We'll pray for you.
