What you may have in mind is a blessed
Rosary, which is a Rosary over which
a priest has pronounced a blessing.
Blessed objects cannot be sold (at
least not for their blessing) so
there is no way to buy one.
Your local parish priest can bless a Rosary, but if you want one blessed
by the Pope, as far as
I know, the only way you can obtain
this, is to go to Rome when the Pope
is blessing objects
(or send a friend) and bring a Rosary
for him to bless.
Perhaps one of my colleagues could
tell you when he does this, if in
fact he does. I'm not even sure.
