  { What is the Episcopal Vicar for Clergy and Consecrated Life? }

Bob replied:

Aida,

This is probably a position in a Bishop's office, or chancery, for vocations of both priests and nuns.

This would be someone who acts on behalf of the Bishop to manage the logistics and other duties required for assisting in the formation of these vocations.

Peace,

Bob Kirby
