Hi, guys —

Okka

  { When was Purgatory created by God? }

Paul replied:

Okka,

Since Purgatory is:

  • a purification for souls of the effects [not the guilt] of sin in their lives, necessary to experience the full presence of God in Heaven, and
  • since we know only human beings, who have spiritual souls, would need such purification

then it would follow that, Purgatory has been in existence ever since man has existed.

How long man has been on Earth is a matter for scientific debate.

Paul
