Sure! Any one, of any non-Catholic faith, can join the
Church. Just make an appointment with a pastor at a local Catholic parish. Ask people at that parish which priests are more welcoming and, most of all, faithful to the teachings of the Church. He will be able to spiritually guide you appropriately. Also, check out my favorites page for good reasons to join:
I use to run a free program that sent Catechisms to seeking Protestants and non-Christians but no longer have the finances to do this.
So you understand the faith you are joining and what we believe as Catholics, I would encourage you to grab a cheap copy of the Catechism of the Catholic Church on Amazon!

Finally, as a future, new Catholic, it's important to join the Church for the correct reason.
You should join the Church because you believe is She a truth telling Church, when it come to its official doctrines, founded by Jesus Christ, who is Truly God and Truly Man, and the Savior of the World.
Feelings have nothing to do with it.
Feelings can indirectly manifest or point to truth, (for example, a Lutheran friend of mine feels at peace when she visits our Eucharistic Adoration Chapel.) but have nothing to with an intellectual choice to believe the Church is a truth-telling Church on issues of faith and morals.
