I'm not familiar with the game Crime Inc. and neither were my nephews (ages 10 to 21) and yes, are video game junkies : )

Nevertheless, the posting below, in general, should answer your question.

Based on what I read on the web about it, the idea of starting out as a junior mafia criminal doesn't espouse much virtue, but, again, I would read the posting below.
