Tony —

All you need to do is go to Confession, unless you married in the meantime to a divorced woman or you yourself got divorced and remarried.

In that case, the divorced part(y/ies) need to get an annulment. Confirmation cannot be repeated so don't worry about that. You don't need to convert as you are technically already Catholic.

Speak to your local priest about the details.

Hi, Tony —

While Eric is correct that Confirmation cannot be repeated, in your situation you were never confirmed. You definitely want to talk to your local pastor about being confirmed as well as having him hear your Confession.

Confirmation is the final sacrament that make up the Sacraments of Initiation in the Church,
the first two being: Baptism and Holy Communion.

Confirmation is necessary for the completion of baptismal grace. (CCC 1285)
