Basically, just make an appointment at your local Catholic parish with the pastor or a priest.
Try to find a parish that has a lot of ministries you can choose from and that is faithful to the Church's teachings. Most of the time this isn't a problem and . . . Welcome to the family!

If the parish has a focus on Our Blessed Mother, the Eucharist, and the Holy Father you have a good parish life.

I used to run a free program that sent Catechisms to seeking Protestants and non-Christians but no longer have the financial or operational means to do this anymore.

If you wish to go deeper, consider buying a cheap copy of the Catechism of the Catholic Church to learn everything we believe as Catholics.
