From what I read, you are free to enter the Catholic Church if you decide to. I am sure you have heard of the RCIA program, but if you haven't, that is the program for learning about the Catholic Church. Contact you closest Catholic Church and see if they have a program.
If you some day want to get married again, and you have become a Catholic, the Church would consider you still bound by your oath at your first marriage. Therefore, you could not be married in the Catholic Church without going through some kind of process.
This is all highly technical for you to learn in an e-mail, so all I want to do is give you the key to an easier process:
If you become a Catholic and you do, some day, want to marry again, then meet with the priest and suggest to him that you try to do a Pauline Privilege instead of an Annulment.
