Whether right or wrong she would still not be leading us into sin. The guarantee of infallibility in this situation seems unnecessary.

Because if something is morally bad, it leads us to Hell. If She didn't tell us what was morally bad, and if people didn't believe Her when she told us something was morally bad, then people would be led to Hell.

She's infallible so that people will take her seriously when She says that something will lead us to Hell.
