Thanks for the question.
The answer is in some sense a matter of interpretation. In the immediate sense, Jesus is likely referring to all the works required of us to lead a good life, please God, and fulfill the mission for which we were born and commissioned. In a wider sense, however, we know that everything is contingent on God (Jesus being the second person of the Godhead) and we literally couldn't get out of bed in the morning unless He made it possible. So in that way, yes, our marriages, and all our relationships need Him in every way but I am confused by your expression “count for nothing”, and do not understand what you mean by that.
