I have a relative interested in being baptized Catholic but she’s only 12 years old. I know she would have to take classes to do this, but her father isn't really willing to take her.
- Is it permissible for me to take her to the classes with her father’s permission?
- If not, at what age can she begin the classes and start the process of becoming Catholic on her own?

Manuel,
This is really up to the discretion of the pastor where she will be received, so consult him. If you have her father's permission for the Baptism, there is no canonical impediment to this that I am aware of.
