Christine Schultze wrote:

Hi, guys —

I am concerned about this subject, because I really want to do what's right. In the Bible it says no one on earth should call any man father, except God, the Father. Yet we call priests father.

  • Isn't it a sin to call priests father?
  • What makes it right to call priests, and our own biological father, that name?

Thank you for any help.

Christine

  { Why call priests, and our own biological father, father, when Jesus says, call no man father? }
